Resources Committee definition

Resources Committee means the committee referred to in section 32.3 of this By-law;
Resources Committee means the standing committee of the Navajo Nation Council as defined in 2 N.N.C. §§ 691 et seq. with oversight authority over the Navajo Nation Environmental Protection Agency as provided for by Navajo Nation Council Resolution No. CAP-47-95.
