Resource Capacity definition

Resource Capacity means the staffing level at which WorkForce provides Configuration Management Services Support to Customer. Contracted Resource Capacity is set forth in Levels of Service section. The Resource Capacity set forth in Section 3 (MSSP Service Descriptions) below shall not be exceeded except as set forth in Section 3.1, a and b, below (Service Conditions).
Resource Capacity. - means the amount of capacity, in megawatts (MW), associated with such Resource as specified in the notices given by Oglethorpe Power pursuant to Part 2 of each respective Schedule plus the Remainder, if any, as specified in Part 2 of Schedule B or C.
