Residential Tenant(s) definition

Residential Tenant(s) shall have the meaning provided in Section 26.04(a).
Residential Tenant(s) means any subtenant(s) (or sub-subtenant(s)) of a Residential Unit.
Residential Tenant(s) means those tenants who are not full time students and are typically the sole or joint tenants (with their partners) of the property.

Examples of Residential Tenant(s) in a sentence

  • Immediately upon the expiration of the Term, all right, title, and interest in the Improvements and personal property of Tenant located on the Premises (excluding any personal property of Residential Tenants) will vest in Landlord without further action of Landlord or Tenant being necessary or required.

  • This waiver will be in addition to, and not in limitation or derogation of, any other waiver or release contained in this Lease with respect to any loss or damage to the Premises or any of Tenant’s (or its Residential Tenants, subtenants, or licensees) property located within or upon, or constituting a part of, the Premises.


More Definitions of Residential Tenant(s)

Residential Tenant(s) means the tenants of the residential apartments of Rutherford Suites.
Residential Tenant(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a)(i) of this Agreement.
Residential Tenant(s) shall have the meaning provided in Section 26.04. “Residential Unit(s)” means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

Related to Residential Tenant(s)

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Tenant Affiliate means and refer to any partnership, limited liability company, or corporation or other entity, which, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with, Tenant.

  • Residential property means improved property that:-

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Occupant means any person or persons over the age of eighteen years in possession of the property.

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.

  • Non-Residential Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Developed Property for which a building permit(s) was issued for a non-residential use.

  • Residential real estate means any real property located in this state, upon which is constructed or intended to be constructed a dwelling;

  • Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.

  • Residential User means all dwelling units such as houses, buildings, mobile homes, apartments, permanent multi-family dwellings.

  • Residential real property means real property improved by a one to four family dwelling used or occupied, or intended to be used or occupied, wholly or partly, as the home or residence of one or more persons, but shall not refer to (a) unimproved real property upon which such dwellings are to be constructed or (b) condominium units or cooperative apartments or (c) property on a homeowners’ association that is not owned in fee simple by the seller.
