Residential Subscriber definition

Residential Subscriber means any Person who receives Cable Service delivered to Dwelling Units or Multiple Dwelling Units, excluding such Multiple Dwelling Units billed on a bulk-billing basis.
Residential Subscriber means a person who has subscribed to residential telephone service with a local exchange provider, as defined in section 40-15-102 (18), C.R.S. "Person" also includes any other persons living or residing with such person.
Residential Subscriber means any individual who purchases broadband services which are delivered to such individual’s dwelling.

Residential Subscriber means a Residential Customer who has subscribed to a Community Energy Facility. “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Commission, or any employee of the Commission designated by theSecretary and authorized by the Executive Director.
