Resident definition

Resident means a student whose parents, legal guardians, persons having legal, lawful control of the student under order of a court, or persons standing in loco parentis reside in the school district.
Resident means a person who has maintained his/her permanent home in the above defined geographical area for a period of not less than one (1) year, or who, having a permanent home in this area, has temporarily left with the intent of returning to this area as his/her permanent home.
