Cable Services Sample Clauses

Cable Services. Subject to the provisions of this Franchise, Grantee shall provide Cable Services and I-Net Services authorized by this Franchise and applicable law within the Franchise Area.
Cable Services. Franchisee shall provide a basic tier of Cable Service over the Cable System throughout the term of this Franchise.
Cable Services. Each residence constructed upon a Unit shall be constructed and fully wired (for connection to a cable system at the outside edge of the residence) for not less that four (4) cable outlets in accordance with precise specifications, as promulgated and as may be revised from time to time by the ARC. Each Unit Owner shall have the obligation to remit to the Association a monthly charge for basic cable services, which charge may be part of the assessments levied on the Unit and may be collected in the manner provided for assessments in Article IX hereof. If the Association is or becomes a party to an agreement for single bill (“bulk”) service, such bulk rate charges shall be a Common Expense to be included in the Base Assessment levied on all Units, and may be collected by the Association in the manner provided for assessments in Article IX hereof. To the extent that a bulk rate service arrangement is not available to Owner, Owner shall have the obligation to remit cable charges directly to the cable company.
Cable Services. This Franchise does not prohibit or condition the lawful authorize Grantee to provide Telecommunications Service, or to construct, operate or maintain Telecommunications facilities. This Franchise is not a bar to the provision of non-Cable Services, or to the imposition of any lawful conditions on the Grantee with respect to Grantee’s delivery of non-cable services, telecommunications services or information servicesTelecommunications, whether similar, different or the same as the conditions specified herein. This Franchise does not relieve the Grantee of any obligation it may have to obtain from the City an authorization to provide non-cable services, telecommunications servicesTelecommunications Services, or to construct, operate or information servicesmaintain Telecommunications facilities, or relieve the Grantee of its obligation to comply with any such authorization(s)authorizations that may be lawfully required. However, this Franchise shall not be read as a concession by the Grantee that it needs authorization
Cable Services. A. Franchisee agrees to maintain all of its cable plant, so that it is capable of carrying 550 or more MHz without loss of signal, to the required standard.
Cable Services. Students cannot install or cause to be installed any satellite dishes, antennas, or other cable hookup without prior authorization from Residential Services.
Cable Services. Franchisee shall be required to offer in the Town the same cable and telecommunications packages that are offered on other systems owned by the Franchisee, its parent company or affiliates, with the same or up to 30% smaller numbers of subscribers in the State of Virginia, except for cable services offered on a test or experimental basis. At such time as Franchisee, its parent company or affiliates has less than four communities with headends serving similar numbers of subscribers, then the comparison communities shall be drawn from the next communities closest subscriber count by the Town from other systems owned by the Franchisee, its parent company or affiliates in the State of Virginia. Franchisee shall provide such packages to subscribers in the Town within a reasonable period of time and in no event longer than one (1) year from when such packages are being offered in systems as described above.
Cable Services. On an annual basis at the end of each calendar year, the Company shall provide to the Commissioner, the Comptroller and the Borough President a written report providing an updated list of all programming services offered on the System, and a listing of all fees, charges, deposits, and associated terms and conditions for Services, and highlighting any changes to such information from the last such report.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Acquisition Services (i) Serve as the Company’s investment and financial advisor and provide relevant market research and economic and statistical data in connection with the Company’s assets and investment objectives and policies; (ii) Subject to Section 4 hereof and the investment objectives and policies of the Company: (a) locate, analyze and select potential investments; (b) structure and negotiate the terms and conditions of transactions pursuant to which investments in Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments will be made; (c) acquire, originate and dispose of Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments on behalf of the Company; (d) arrange for financing and refinancing and make other changes in the asset or capital structure of investments in Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments; and (e) enter into leases, service contracts and other agreements for Properties, Loans and other Permitted Investments; (iii) Perform due diligence on prospective investments and create due diligence reports summarizing the results of such work; (iv) Prepare reports regarding prospective investments that include recommendations and supporting documentation necessary for the Directors to evaluate the proposed investments; (v) Obtain reports (which may be prepared by the Advisor or its Affiliates), where appropriate, concerning the value of contemplated investments of the Company; (vi) Deliver to or maintain on behalf of the Company copies of all appraisals obtained in connection with the Company’s investments; and (vii) Negotiate and execute approved investments and other transactions, including prepayments, maturities, workouts and other settlements of Loans and other Permitted Investments.
