Cable Service may not be resold or otherwise used in contravention of Franchisee’s rights with third parties respecting programming.
The rates and charges for Cable Service provided pursuant to this Franchise shall be subject to regulation in accordance with federal law.
The tier of Cable Service which includes the retransmission of primary local television broadcast signals provided to any Subscriber and, to the extent required by applicable law, any PEG Channels required by this Franchise, and which may also include any additional video programming signals as determined by Franchisee.
Franchisee shall not abandon any Cable Service or portion thereof without the LFA’s prior written consent as provided in the Cable Law.
A Person who lawfully receives Cable Service over the Cable System with Franchisee’s express permission.
