Residential Client definition

Residential Client means a person who is both (1) residing in any of the buildings or premises identified or described in the “Declarations” pursuant to permission and knowledge of the Named Insured and (2) receiving specialized care, treatment or services provided by the Named Insured, as, for example, a child or challenged person residing in a group home operated by a human services provider.
Residential Client means a Client who takes up the Service predominantly to use for personal, household or domestic use or consumption.
Residential Client means a person who has been admitted to and resides at one of the Department of Human Services’ institutions.

Related to Residential Client

  • Residential User means all dwelling units such as houses, buildings, mobile homes, apartments, permanent multi-family dwellings.

  • Residential Zone means a zone earmarked for buildings exclusively designed for human habitation and in no case shall include its use in whole or a part thereof for any other purpose e.g commercial activities, school, institution, shop, office, clinic, beauty parlor, guest house, marriage center, gymnasium, tuition center, club activities, work-shop, store or godown etc. or for the purpose of political, religious and sectarian activities. It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residential customer means a customer who consumes gas solely for domestic use.

  • Residential care means the provision of care on a 24-hour day basis.

  • Residential Lot means a lot, the use of which is limited by law, covenant, or otherwise to primarily residential or recreational purposes.
