Reinvestment Period definition

Reinvestment Period means 15 months following the date of receipt of Net Cash Proceeds of an Asset Sale Prepayment Event or Recovery Prepayment Event.
Reinvestment Period means 450 days following the date of receipt of Net Cash Proceeds of an Asset Sale Prepayment Event, Casualty Event, or Permitted Sale Leaseback.

Reinvestment Period means, with respect to any Asset Sale Prepayment Event or Recovery Prepayment Event, the day which is eighteen months after the receipt of cash proceeds by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary from such Asset Sale Prepayment Event or Recovery Prepayment Event.
Reinvestment Period means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the Termination Date.
