The Trustee shall be entitled to rely on a written instruction received as of the Reinvestment Notice Date and shall not be affected by any subsequent notice to the contrary.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any BID PROPOSAL if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such BIDDER fails to satisfy the OWNER that such BIDDER is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the WORK contemplated therein.
On any Reinvestment Prepayment Date, the Borrower shall prepay the Loans in an amount equal to the remaining Reinvestment Deferred Amount which has not been reinvested as of such date in accordance with the applicable Reinvestment Notice, which prepayment shall be applied as provided in clause (c) below.
If the member’s Pre-existing Account is the one described above, a notice called the DIS Re-investment Notice (the “DRN”) may be sent to the member within 6 months from 1 April 2017 explaining the impact on such account and giving the member an opportunity to give a specified investment instruction to the Trustee before the accrued benefits, future contributions and accrued benefits transferred from another scheme are invested into the DIS.
