Secured Notes definition

Secured Notes. The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes.
Secured Notes means the senior secured notes issued under the Secured Notes Indenture.
Secured Notes means those 7.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 issued by the Borrower pursuant to the Secured Notes Indenture.

  • The Secured Notes need not be produced in order to complete any such Sale, or in order for the net proceeds of such Sale to be credited against amounts owing on the Notes.
