Reimbursement Documentation means the Reimbursement Agreement together with the related amended and restated guarantee agreement, the security agreement, the pledge agreement and the indemnity, subrogation and contribution agreement and any other security documents executed in connection therewith.

Reimbursement Documentation. Each Party agrees to cooperate in the process of seeking FEMA and State direct reimbursement for the services provided under this Agreement and to the extent applicable to the service shall cooperate in good faith to provide records satisfactory to the Federal and State government.
