Reimbursement Documentation. Each Party agrees to cooperate in the process of seeking FEMA and State direct reimbursement for the services provided under this Agreement and to the extent applicable to the service shall cooperate in good faith to provide records satisfactory to the Federal and State government. Expending Funds: Each Party that performs services or furnishes aid pursuant to this Agreement shall do so with funds available from current revenues of the Party.   • Cash Management Document means any certificate, agreement or other document executed by any Loan Party in respect of the Cash Management Obligations of any Loan Party.
