Regulated Revenue definition

Regulated Revenue means the revenue paid to an OFTO by the GBSO in accordance with the STC and special condition [ ] of the OFTO's Offshore Transmission Licence;
Regulated Revenue means in relation to each Regulatory Year the actual revenue, measured on an accruals basis: (a) received by the Licensee through Service Charges that are levied in accordance with the provisions of Condition 18 (Charging Methodology for Services) and Condition 19 (Charging Statement for Services); or (b) otherwise received by the Licensee in relation to the carrying on of the Mandatory Business, after the deduction of value added tax (if any) and any other taxes based directly on the amount concerned. Paragraph (a) above shall be deemed to include any and all amounts paid by SEC Parties under the SEC to persons (other than the External Service Provider) engaged (indirectly pursuant to an External Service ProviderContract) in the business of financing Communications Hubs.”.
Regulated Revenue means Revenue which derives from player activity occurring within the LRJ by a business licensed to operate online gambling in the LRJ by the relevant gaming regulator of the same LRJ.

  • If the Approved Regulated Revenue exceeds the Hospital’s actual regulated revenue, the amount of the excess will be added to the Hospital’s Approved Regulated Revenue for the subsequent Rate Year as a One Time Adjustment.

Gross Operating Revenues shall be reduced by credits or refunds to guests at such Hotel Property.

(as determined by Lender) is not less than such entity's net worth as of September 30, 2003), or are not in occupancy, open for business or paying unabated Rent, (ii) sales, use and occupancy or other taxes on receipts required to be accounted for by Borrower to any Governmental Authority, (iii) refunds and uncollectible accounts, (iv) sales of furniture, fixtures and equipment, (v) Insurance Proceeds (other than business interruption or other loss of income insurance), (vi) Awards, (vii) unforfeited security deposits, (viii) utility and other similar deposits and (ix) any disbursements to Borrower from the Reserve Funds. Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Mortgage or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Approved Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures incurred by Borrower and either (i) included in the Approved Annual Budget or (ii) approved by Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
