Regulatory Year definition

Regulatory Year means a consecutive 12 month period for which the AER has made a discreet tariff determination (which could be a Calendar Year or a Financial Year). ‘Related Haulage Agreement’ (in an Agreement between AGN and a Network User) means any other agreement between AGN and that Network User under which AGN delivers, or is to deliver, Gas to or for the account of that Network User. ‘Relevant Tax’ means any royalty, duty, excise, tax, impost, levy, fee or charge (including, but without limitation, any goods and services tax) imposed by the Commonwealth of Australia, any State or Territory of Australia, any local government or statutory authority or any other body (authorised by law to impose such an impost, tax or charge) on or in respect of the Network (or any part of it) or on or in respect of the operation, repair, maintenance, administration or management of the Network (or any part of it) or on or in respect of the provision of any Network Service (other than: a income tax and capital gains tax; b stamp duty, financial institutions duty and bank accounts debits tax; c penalties, charges, fees and interest on late payments, or deficiencies in payments, relating to any tax; or d any tax that replaces or is the equivalent of or similar to any of the taxes referred to in paragraphs (a) or (b) (including any State equivalent tax)).
Regulatory Year means each period of three hundred and sixty-five days (or three hundred and sixty-six days in a “leap year”) commencing on the Expansion Project COD and thereafter on each anniversary of such date until the end of the Term;
Regulatory Year means (i) the period from the Closing Date through and including December 31, 1998 (the "Initial Regulatory Year"), and (ii) for each period following the Initial Regulatory Year until the FTA Termination Date, the period from and including January 1 of each year through and including December 31 of the same year (or, if sooner, through and including the FTA Termination Date).

  • In accordance with Standard Condition 38B ‘Treatment of payment claims for last-resort supply where Valid Claim is received on or after 1 April 2019’ (‘SLC38B’) of our Electricity Distribution Licence, and subject to paragraph 9 of that condition, our charges will recover the amount of payments in Regulatory Year t-2 made in response to Last Resort Supply Payment claims.

  • In accordance with Standard Condition 38B ‘Treatment of payment claims for last- resort supply where Valid Claim is received on or after 1 April 2019’ (‘SLC38B’) of our Electricity Distribution Licence, and subject to paragraph 9 of that condition, our charges will recover the amount of payments in Regulatory Year t-2 made in response to Last Resort Supply Payment claims.

  • The Licensee must, by not later than 31 July in each Regulatory Year beginning on and after 1 April 2014, provide to the Authority a Corporate Governance Statement that sets out how the Licensee has complied during the previous Regulatory Year with the main principles of the Code.

  • In each Regulatory Year, the Licensee must pay to the Authority a fee that is the total sum of Amounts 1 to 4 set out below.

  • Amount 3 is the Relevant Proportion of the costs estimated to have been incurred by the Competition Commission in the previous Regulatory Year in connection with any appeal made to it in respect of this Licence or any other Energy Licence granted under the Principal Energy Legislation.


More Definitions of Regulatory Year

Regulatory Year has the meaning given in the DCC Licence;
Regulatory Year means each year during the Fourth Access Arrangement Period beginning on 1 January and ending on 31 December.
