Actual Revenue definition

Actual Revenue means such amount reasonably determined by the NTS Operator on an accruals basis (based on such information as is reasonably available to it at the relevant time) of revenue recovered or to be recovered in respect of each relevant calendar month (it being acknowledged that such amount may be subject to re-determination from time to time); and
