Regions definition

Regions means the six regions of the state as follows:

Regions means Regions Bank.

Regions means Regions Bank, an Alabama banking corporation, as a Lender, and its successors and assigns.

• In the event Insurer’s responsibility to provide culturally competent services and communications necessitates variations in Marketing materials among Regions in Insurer’s Service Area, Insurer may make those changes necessary for a particular Marketing material to fulfill its cultural competency obligations without being considered noncompliant with this requirement.

• In the annual premium rate adjustment request, Insurer may request to reduce premium rates, make no change to premium rates, increase premium rates, or any combination thereof for the Regions in Insurer’s Service Area.

• This Agreement shall be effective as provided in Section 14.1.2, and shall continue until the expiration of all Royalty Terms for all Products relating to the Licensed Asset in all Regions in the Licensed Territory, or unless terminated earlier pursuant to this Article 14 (the “License Term”).

• The Borrower shall pay (i) to Regions Capital Markets, a division of Regions Bank, and the Agent for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Fee Letter and (ii) to each of the Lenders for their own respective accounts fees in the amounts and at the times specified in the Sixth Amendment Fee Letter.

Regions has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Regions mean the regional areas of the North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Asia Pacific, and Africa.
