Asia Pacific. If both parties to this Agreement are entities incorporated in countries in the Asia Pacific region, the arbitration shall be held in Singapore under the then-applicable rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and the substantive laws of Singapore will govern.
Asia Pacific. If Customer’s headquarters is located in the Asia Pacific region of the world, any Dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator. The language of such arbitration shall be English.

If Company is located (as evidenced by the License Certificate) in Taiwan, Republic of Korea, Hong Kong SAR, or Macau SAR, the Licensing Entity of Product in all instances is stipulated as: Trend Micro Inc., 0X, Xx.000, Xxx-Xxx X. Xxxx, Xxx. 0, Xxxxxx 000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxx. Asia Pacific. Asia Pacific. 2.3.1 In countries in the Asia Pacific region: the laws of Sweden.
Asia Pacific. Within a particular Time Zone, the basic license and additional modules can be used as a Floating License in the Customer’s network and within the domain in which the license server is located subject to compliance with applicable export laws and regulations. In case different legal entities of the Customer shall be allowed to use the respective licenses, this requires the conclusion of a Global Software License Agreement (GSLA).
