Branches definition

Branches means Branches of ICICI Bank UK PLC in the United Kingdom.
Branches means the banking offices and, if applicable, offices used by Seller for other lines of business, of Seller at the locations identified on Exhibit 1.1(b), and “Branch” refers to each such Branch or any one of the Branches.
Branches means each of the banking offices of Seller at the locations identified on Schedule 1.1(b) hereto.

  • Signature Guarantees are not accepted from Treasury Branches, Credit Unions or Caisse Populaires unless they are members of a Medallion Signature Guarantee Program.
