Reference Rate Administrator definition
Reference Rate Administrator means the Bank of Canada or any successor administrator for CORRA and/or the CORRA Compounded Index or the administrator (or its successor) of another Applicable Rate, as applicable.
Reference Rate Administrator means the administrator of the Reference Rate as registered in a register pursuant to Article 36 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1011, as amended from time to time. The Reference Rate-Administrator is indicated in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

Reference Rate Administrator means the Bank of Canada or any successor administrator for ▇▇▇▇▇ and/or the ▇▇▇▇▇ Compounded Index or the administrator (or its successor) of another Applicable Rate, as applicable.
