Reduced Schedule Leave definition

Reduced Schedule Leave means a leave schedule that reduces an employee’s usual number of working hours per work week or hours per work day. Such schedule is a change in the employee’s schedule for a period of time normally from full-time to part-time.
Reduced Schedule Leave means using leave to reduce the number of hours worked each workday or each workweek.

The preceding sentence applies only if the qualified defined benefit plans individually and in the aggregate satisfied the requirements of Code section 415 for all Limitation Years beginning before January 1, 1987.
