The timeframe of 60 days does not apply to a district if— • The parent of a child repeatedly fails or refuses to produce the child for the evaluation; or • A child enrolls in a school of another public agency after the relevant timeframe has begun, and prior to a determination by the child's previous public agency as to whether the child is a child with a disability.
Following such Guarantee Event Notice, the Bondholder may, during the Guarantee Redemption Calculation Period, require the Issuer to redeem some or all of the Bonds held by it, at the greater of (x) 102 per cent.
