Tax Event Redemption Date definition

Tax Event Redemption Date means the date upon which a Tax Event Redemption is to occur.

Tax Event Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 hereof.

Tax Event Redemption Date means the date fixed for redemption of the Non Step-Up Notes in a notice delivered by the Issuer pursuant to Condition 7(c) (Redemption and Purchase – Redemption due to a Tax Event) following a Tax Event;

Before the Issuer publishes or delivers a notice of redemption in respect of a Tax Event Redemption Date as described in this Section 3.03, the Obligors will deliver to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate to the effect that the Issuer cannot avoid the obligation to pay Additional Amounts by taking reasonable measures available to it and, if required, the opinion of independent tax counsel described above.
Before the Issuer publishes or delivers a notice of redemption in respect of a Tax Event Redemption Date as described above, the Obligors will deliver to the Trustee an Officers’ Certificate to the effect that the Issuer cannot avoid the obligation to pay Additional Amounts by taking reasonable measures available to it and, if required, the Tax Opinion.

Tax Event Redemption Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.06.

Tax Event Redemption Date means the date of the Tax Event Redemption, if any, specified by the Senior Deferrable Notes Issuer.

Tax Event Redemption Date means the date specified by the Notes Issuer on which the Notes are redeemed pursuant to a Tax Event Redemption pursuant to the Indenture.

Tax Event Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in paragraph 5(c).

Tax Event Redemption Date. ’ means the date designated for optional redemption of the Preferred Securities as described under paragraph 4.3;

Tax Event Redemption Date means the date of the Tax Event Redemption specified by the Debenture Issuer.
