Redemption Amount definition

Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;
Redemption Amount means the Redemption Amount as calculated or, respectively, specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 of the Special Conditions.
Redemption Amount means an amount per Security calculated by the Calculation Agent by applying the relevant determinations by the Determination Agent in accordance with the following formula:

Examples of Redemption Amount in a sentence

  • The Company Optional Redemption Notice shall (x) state the date on which the Company Optional Redemption shall occur (the “Company Optional Redemption Date”) which date shall be at least twenty (20) Trading Days following the Company Optional Redemption Notice Date, and (y) state the Conversion Amount of the Note which is being redeemed in such Company Optional Redemption Amount on the Company Optional Redemption Date.

  • All Conversion Amounts converted by the Holder after the Company Optional Redemption Notice Date shall reduce the Company Optional Redemption Amount of this Note required to be redeemed on the Company Optional Redemption Date.

  • The Company shall redeem the Preferred on the 3-year anniversary from issuance at the Redemption Amount.

Redemption Amount means either the Final Redemption Amount, the Optional Redemption Amount or the Mandatory Redemption Amount.

A Redeeming Partner shall have no right, without the General Partner’s consent, in its sole and absolute discretion, to receive the Redemption Amount in the form of the Shares Amount.
