Redemption Amount definition

Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;
Redemption Amount means the Redemption Amount as calculated or, respectively, specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 of the Special Conditions.
Redemption Amount means an amount per Security calculated by the Calculation Agent by applying the relevant determinations by the Determination Agent in accordance with the following formula:

Examples of Redemption Amount in a sentence

  • At the Effective Time, each issued and outstanding SPAC Class A Ordinary Share in respect to which the holder thereof has validly exercised redemption rights pursuant to and in accordance with the SPAC Memorandum and Articles (and not waived, withdrawn or otherwise lost such rights), shall automatically be canceled and shall cease to exist and shall thereafter represent only the right to receive a pro rata share of the Redemption Amount in accordance with the SPAC Memorandum and Articles.

  • In addition, at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, if not already delivered, SPAC shall deliver a supplement to the SPAC Pre-Closing Statement setting forth SPAC’s good faith estimate and calculation of the (i) Redemption Amount and (ii) total cash proceeds from the Trust Account remaining following the Redemption.

  • Any amount payable pursuant to this Section 6(b) may be funded from any source (including amounts in excess of the Redemption Amount).

Redemption Amount means either the Final Redemption Amount, the Optional Redemption Amount or the Mandatory Redemption Amount.
