Redemption Amount definition

Redemption Amount means, as appropriate, the Final Redemption Amount, the Early Redemption Amount (Tax), the Optional Redemption Amount (Call), the Optional Redemption Amount (Put), the Early Termination Amount or such other amount in the nature of a redemption amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with the provisions of, the relevant Final Terms;
Redemption Amount means the Redemption Amount as calculated or, respectively, specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 of the Special Conditions.
Redemption Amount means an amount per Security calculated by the Calculation Agent by applying the relevant determinations by the Determination Agent in accordance with the following formula:

Examples of Redemption Amount in a sentence

  • Each Redemption Notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the outstanding balance of the Note to be redeemed and the Redemption Amount.

  • On the eleventh (11th) Trading Day following the delivery of the applicable Redemption Notice, the Company shall deliver to the Holder the Redemption Amount with respect to the Principal amount redeemed to the extent not converted and otherwise after giving effect to conversions or other payments made during such ten (10) Trading Day period.

  • The Optional Redemption Amount is payable in full on the Optional Redemption Date.

  • On each Monthly Redemption Date, the Company shall redeem the Monthly Redemption Amount (the “Monthly Redemption”).

  • At any time the Company delivers a notice to the Holder of its election to pay the Monthly Redemption Amount in shares of Common Stock, the Company shall file a prospectus supplement pursuant to Rule 424 disclosing such election, if required by the Securities Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

Redemption Amount means either the Final Redemption Amount, the Optional Redemption Amount or the Mandatory Redemption Amount.

Redemption Amount means either the Cash Amount or the Shares Amount, as determined by the General Partner, in its sole and absolute discretion; provided, however, that if the Shares are not Publicly Traded at the time a Redeeming Partner exercises its Redemption Right, the Redemption Amount shall be paid only in the form of the Cash Amount unless the Redeeming Partner, in its sole and absolute discretion, consents to payment of the Redemption Amount in the form of the Shares Amount. A Redeeming Partner shall have no right, without the General Partner’s consent, in its sole and absolute discretion, to receive the Redemption Amount in the form of the Shares Amount.
