Recognized Investment Exchange definition

Recognized Investment Exchange means an investment exchange which at the time in question is a recognized investment exchange for the purposes of the Financial Services Act 1986 of the United Kingdom;
Recognized Investment Exchange means a body which is a recognized investment exchange for the purposes of the United Kingdom Financial Services Xxx 0000;
Recognized Investment Exchange has the same meaning as in section 207 of the Financial Services Xxx 0000;

  • Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I, I-A or I-B) in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested by Bank in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article IV hereof.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan.
