The Subadviser must furnish the Custodian and the Sub-Accounting Agent, with daily information as to executed trades, or, if no trades are executed, with a report to that effect, no later than 5 p.m. (Eastern Standard time) each day the Fund is open for business. (Subadviser will be responsible for reimbursement to the Fund for any loss caused by Subadviser's failure to comply.)
