Disclosure brochure definition

Disclosure brochure means a brochure produced and updated by the securities commissioner for distribution to qualified investors, qualified companies, and professional business intermediaries engaged in a South Carolina private intrastate securities offering.
Disclosure brochure. Means a document an Investment Adviser uses to meet requirements of 17 C.F.R. § 275.204-3, 17 C.F.R. § 279.1 [Part 2 of the SEC’s Form ADV], or similar Law.
