Race Committee definition

Race Committee means the Race Committee of the Porsche Club of New Zealand, being ‘the Club’; and

  • A boat that retires from a race shall notify the Race Committee as soon as possible.

  • To be valid, the Race Committee must have confirmed their agreement before its class warning signal.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Nominations Committee means the nominations committee established pursuant to Article 100(k).
