Purchase Price Rate definition

Purchase Price Rate has the meaning given thereto in the Fee Agreement.
Purchase Price Rate means the Purchase Price Rate set forth on Schedule 1 annexed hereto. The Purchase Price Rate may be adjusted at any time and from time to time by WFB in WFB’s sole discretion.
Purchase Price Rate means the Purchase Price Rate set forth on the Schedule of Economic and Other Terms annexed hereto. The Purchase Price Rate may be adjusted at any time and from time to time by Purchaser.
