Interest Adjustment Rate definition

Interest Adjustment Rate means the interest adjustment rate assigned to the Security. The initial Interest Adjustment Rate is the interest adjustment rate specified in the Table (the "Initial Interest Adjustment Rate").
Interest Adjustment Rate means the daily HKD Overnight Index Average (HONIA) rate published by TMA.
Interest Adjustment Rate means the FED Fund Target Rate or another rate of interest announced by SI with the approval of MA from time to time.

More Definitions of Interest Adjustment Rate

Interest Adjustment Rate means the annual interest rate on the deposits in the CHATS Ledger Accounts paid to the Members by CB, which is announced by CB from time to time.
Interest Adjustment Rate means the rate, per annum, as determined on each Interest Date, equal to (i) if the Market Price as of the applicable Interest Date is greater than $8.703, 0%, (ii) if the Market Price as of the applicable Interest Date is less than or equal to $8.703 and greater than $7.833, 1%, (iii) if the Market Price as of the applicable Interest Date is less than or equal to $7.833 and greater than $7.049, 2%, (iv) if the Market Price as of the applicable Interest Date is less than or equal to $7.049 and greater than $6.344, 3%, (v) if the Market Price as of the applicable Interest Date less than or equal to $6.344 and greater than $5.71, 4% or (v) if the Market Price as of the applicable Interest Date is less than or equal to 5.71, 5%. Each of the dollar amounts set forth above in this definition shall be appropriately adjusted for any share dividend, share split, share combination, reclassification or similar transaction that occurs after the Issuance Date.

Related to Interest Adjustment Rate

  • Interest Adjustment Date With respect to a Mortgage Loan, the date, if any, specified in the related Mortgage Note on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to adjustment.

  • Substitute Reference Rate of Interest Adjustments means such adjustments as are determined by the Issuer to be consistent with enabling the correct functioning of the Substitute Reference Rate of Interest (which may include, without limitation, adjustments to the applicable screen page, Business Day Convention, the definition of Business Day, the Interest Determination Date, the Day Count Fraction or any method or definition for obtaining or calculating the Substitute Reference Rate of Interest).

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • Settlement Rate has the meaning specified in Section 5.1.

  • Payment Adjustment Date With respect to each ARM Loan, the date on which the Borrower's Monthly Payment changes in accordance with the terms of the related Mortgage Note.
