Purchase Rate definition

Purchase Rate means, the rate offered by the tenderer per Standard Bag which has been accepted by the Corporation.
Purchase Rate means the percentage equivalent of the decimal representation of the following expression:
Purchase Rate means the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon purchase of a Purchase Amount as determined in accordance with the following formula: Purchase Amount divided by the Purchase Price.

More Definitions of Purchase Rate

Purchase Rate means a rate per annum equal to the Eurodollar Rate, plus the Applicable Rate. The Purchase Rate for a Yield Period shall be established on the applicable day contemplated by the definition of Eurodollar Rate.
Purchase Rate means, for any Eligible Transaction Asset, the ratio, expressed as a percentage, set forth opposite the applicable “Transaction Asset Type” in the chart provided in the definition of Eurodollar Rate Spread or as otherwise defined or limited herein.
