Prospecting Rights definition

Prospecting Rights means the six Prospecting Rights in respect of the Minerals which Taspac took steps to acquire pursuant to the Prospecting Right Applications and shall include any renewal thereof and any retention permits and renewals thereof obtained pursuant to such prospecting right, any amendment thereto all as contemplated in the MPRD Act;
