Proportionately definition

Proportionately means that the ratio of the actual Annual Special Tax levy to the applicable Special Tax is equal for all applicable Assessor’s Parcels.
Proportionately means that the ratio of the actual Annual Special Tax levy to the applicable Assigned Annual Special Tax or Maximum Annual Special Tax is equal for all applicable Assessor's Parcels.

More Definitions of Proportionately

Proportionately means, for Developed Property, that the ratio of the actual Special Tax levied in any Fiscal Year to the Maximum Special Tax authorized to be levied in that Fiscal Year is equal for all Assessor’s Parcels of Developed Property, and for Undeveloped Property that the ratio of the actual Special Tax to the Maximum Special Tax is equal for all Assessor’s Parcels of Undeveloped Property.
Proportionately means, for each Development Class, that the ratio of the actual Special Tax levied in any Fiscal Year to the Maximum Special Tax authorized to be levied in that Fiscal Year is equal for all parcels assigned to the Development Class.
Proportionately means that the ratio of the actual Annual Special Tax levy to the applicable Assigned Annual Special Tax is equal for all applicable Assessor's Parcels.
