Land Use Class definition

Land Use Class means any of the classes listed in Table 1.
Land Use Class means any of the classes listed in Table 1 or Table 3.
Land Use Class means any of the classes listed in Table 1 and Table 2 under Section 3 below.

Examples of Land Use Class in a sentence

  • In some instances an Assessor’s Parcel of Developed Property may contain more than one Land Use Class.

  • Furthermore, Developed Property may contain more than one Land Use Class.

  • Each Assigned Facilities Special Tax reduction for a Land Use Class shall be calculated separately, and it shall not be required that such reduction be proportionate among Land Use Classes.

  • The Assigned Special Tax for each Land Use Class within Zone A is shown below in Table 1.

  • If the Total Effective Tax Rate for any Plan Type in a Land Use Class is greater than 1.95%, the CFD Administrator shall calculate a revised Assigned Special Tax for such Land Use Class, which revised Assigned Special Tax shall be the highest amount (rounded to the nearest whole dollar) that will not cause the Total Effective Tax Rate for any Plan Type in such Land Use Class to exceed 1.95%.

Land Use Class means any of the classes listed in Tables 1 and 2 below.
