Property Inventory and Protection of Assets. Contractor shall maintain an inventory of equipment, supplies defined as controlled assets, and property and submit an annual cumulative report of the equipment and other property on Contractor’s Property Inventory Report to the Department’s Contract Oversight and Support Section, Mail Code 1326, P.O.   • Property and Equipment All property and equipment purchased by CONTRACTOR with funds received under this Agreement, or purchased on behalf of CONTRACTOR for the program site(s) covered under this Agreement, shall be insured by CONTRACTOR at replacement value against fire, theft, and destruction equal to the full replacement cost.

  • Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Sublessee shall have the right to use during the Term the office furnishings and equipment within the Subleased Premises that are identified on Exhibit C attached hereto, as such exhibit may be adjusted by mutual agreement of the parties prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date (the “Furniture”), provided Sublessee may only use the Furniture located in the Second Floor Premises after the Second Floor Commencement Date. The Furniture is provided in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever. Sublessee shall insure the Furniture under the property insurance policy required under the Master Lease, as incorporated herein, and pay all taxes with respect to the Furniture. Sublessee shall maintain the Furniture in good condition and repair, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the same occurring during the Term. Sublessee shall surrender the Furniture to Sublessor upon the termination of this Sublease in the same condition as exists as of the applicable Delivery Date, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Sublessee shall not remove any of the Furniture from the Subleased Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Sublessee may provide Sublessor with written notice one (1) time not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date that lists any items of Furniture that Sublessee does not want to use and Sublessor shall, at no cost to Sublessee, remove such items from the Subleased Premises prior to the Third Floor Premises Delivery Date and such items shall no longer be considered Furniture hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, provided Sublessee is not in default beyond the expiration of any applicable cure or grace period as of the date of the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, which condition may be waived by Sublessor in its sole discretion, then upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, the Furniture shall become the property of Sublessee, and Sublessee shall accept the same in its “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without representation or warranty whatsoever except as provided in the Bill of Sale referred to in the following sentence. In the event the Furniture is to become the property of Sublessee upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease pursuant to the terms of the immediately preceding sentence, then Sublessor agrees to execute and deliver to Sublessee a Bill of Sale in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto conveying and transferring to Sublessee the Furniture.

  • ACCESS TO PLANTS AND PROPERTIES Seller shall comply with all the rules and regulations established by Buyer for access to and activities in and around premises controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer.

All insurance policies required in 6 C) and 6 D) above shall: (i) provide for a certificate of insurance evidencing the insurance required herein, being deposited with Lessor ten (10) days prior to the Commencement Date, and upon each renewal, such certificates shall be provided 15 days prior to the expiration date of such coverage, (ii) be in a form reasonably satisfactory to Lessor and shall provide the coverage required by Lessee in this Lease, (iii) be carried with companies with the a Best Rating of A minimum, (iv) specifically provide that such policies shall not be subject to cancellation or reduction of coverage, except after 30 days prior written notice to Lessor, (v) name Lessor, Lessor's lender, and any other party with an insurable interest in the Premises as additional insureds by endorsement to policy, and (vi) shall be primary. Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor, as additional Rent, on demand, the full cost of the insurance policies referenced in 6 A) and 6 B) above as evidenced as insurance xxxxxxxx to Lessor which shall be included in the CAC. If Lessee does not occupy the entire Premises, the insurance premiums shall be allocated to the portion of the Premises occupied by Lessee on a pro-rata square footage or other equitable basis, as determined by Lessor. It is agreed that Lessee's obligation under this paragraph shall be prorated to the reflect the Commencement Date and the end of the Lease Term. Lessor and Lessee hereby waive any rights each may have against the other related to any loss or damage caused to Lessor or Lessee as the case may be, or to the Premises or its contents, and which may arise from any risk covered by fire and extended coverage insurance and those risks required to be covered under Lessee's personal property insurance. The parties shall provide that their respective insurance policies insuring the property or the personal property include a waiver of any right of subrogation which said insurance company may have against Lessor or Lessee, as the case may be.

  • Real Property; Personal Property (a) On the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church will have full title and ownership of the Real Property and Personal Property. The parties shall ensure all necessary transfers or other transactions relating to the above properties are completed on or prior to the Disaffiliation Date. Any costs resulting from such transfers or other transactions shall be borne by Local Church. Annual Conference shall fully cooperate with Local Church, as needed and applicable, to ensure that such transfers and other transactions convey all of Annual Conference’s interest – both for itself and on behalf of The United Methodist Church – in the Real Property and Personal Property, both tangible and intangible, of Local Church.

  • LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY The board will not be responsible for any employee’s loss of personal property brought to a school or work site; however, in the event an employee’s personal property is lost or damaged as a direct result of a disaster, such as hurricane, fire, flood, etc., the board will reimburse the employee’s loss or damage in an amount not to exceed $500 per occurrence. In order for an employee to be eligible for such reimbursement, the personal property for which the employee makes a claim must have been pre-approved for use by the employee in connection with the employee’s duties, as evidenced by a written approval form signed by the employee’s principal or site supervisor and by the employee. In addition to the approval form, the employee must attach to the form proof of the property’s value, i.e. receipt, etc. The employee will be responsible for presenting a copy of the approval form in order to secure payment for loss. Payment will not be made unless the form is presented. The maximum amount an employee may receive for loss in any single occurrence is a total of $500, regardless of the amount or number of items approved for use in connection with the employee’s duties.

  • Damage to Property of Others We will pay, at replacement cost, up to $500 per "occurrence" for "property damage" to property of others caused by an "insured." We will not pay for "property damage":
