Management and Reporting. Customer and/or Enrolled Affiliate may manage account details (e.g., contacts, orders, Licenses, software downloads) on Microsoft’s Volume Licensing Service Center (“VLSC”) web site (or successor site) at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/licensing/servicecenter. Upon the effective date of this Agreement and any Enrollments, the contact(s) identified for this purpose will be provided access to this site and may authorize additional users and contacts.

Management and Reporting. The Parties each agree to designate an individual from their respective companies with adequate authority and full technical competence to deal with matters relating to the implementation of the Deliverables (each, being a "Project Manager"). Specifically, these individuals will, on behalf of their respective Parties, in accordance with the spirit of this Agreement, use reasonable efforts to coordinate the provision of the E-Commerce Service. Upon such designations, each of IL and Torstar shall concurrently provide the other with details with respect to its Project Manager, including name, address and telephone number, and each of IL and Torstar may from time to time change its Project Manager with the consent of the other which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Management and Reporting. 5.1 The Shareholders, acting through the Management Committee, shall appoint qualified individuals to act as the General Manager and. Finance Manager of the Company. The General Manager shall manage the day-today operations of the Company in accordance with the specific powers delegated to him by the Management Committee and the decisions, budgets and guidelines established by the Management Committee from time to time.

The Supplier will be responsible for conductions the project according to the contract and will provide the periodic project’s status reports.

Management and Reporting. The NCI-AD Project Team prepares and distributes annual surveys and project summary reports and works with participating NCI-AD state representatives to examine implications and use of state’s data, state and national publications and research opportunities. Specific activities include: • Tracking and reviewing state data for completeness; • Merging individual state data files into aggregate files; • Cleaning and formatting aggregate data files to ensure comparability; • Computing scales/indicators; • Creating tables and graphs of indicator and descriptive data; • Conducting state by state and national benchmark comparisons; • Testing for significant differences (including state-by-state results on survey items); • Developing and distributing draft reports to states for comment and incorporating feedback; and • Annually publishing a final aggregate report and state-by-state results. The Participating State may also request additional analyses of their NCI-AD data to provide more refined information on their system’s outcomes and performance, sub‐state comparisons, correlations between select variables, etc. The cost, if any, of such additional analyses will be determined on case-by-case basis. Participating State Responsibilities:
Management and Reporting. 1. The consultant will provide reports to the Chair of the DP Consortium, with copies to the Team Leader Human Development and the Education Adviser (sector) in DFID Bangladesh acting on behalf of GoB and Development Partners.
