Project diary definition

Project diary means a diary of a project’s activities kept by a project engineer or inspector, including all inspection report forms and any erosion control inspection forms completed under s. Trans 401.10 (4).

Examples of Project diary in a sentence

  • Keep a complete Project diary recording resident inspection activities; weather conditions; nature and location of Work being performed; verbal instructions and interpretations given to the Contractor; any occurrence or Work that might result in a claim for a change in contract sum or contract time; and a list of visitors and their titles, and the time and purpose of their visit.

  • A bound copy of the complete Project diary shall be submitted to Owner at the conclusion of each Project.
