Inspection Forms. KDOT will use the inspection form found in Appendix A to the Decree. This form may be amended prior to the termination of the Decree without amending the Decree based on written agreement between the United States and KDOT.
Inspection Forms. Drivers shall turn in post-trip inspection forms by the end of the driver’s regular route and workday if the trip ends prior to 5:00 p.m. For field trips that extend beyond the end of the regular workday, (i.e., after 5:00 p.m.) drivers may do the post-trip inspection the following workday morning and will turn in post-trip inspection forms the next workday morning before the driver’s regular route.
Inspection Forms. It is agreed that inspection forms shall be supplied for the driver on which to report defects in equipment with sufficient copies so that one can be held available for the driver and so that the office of the Company will have a copy of this report on file. Vehicles designated out of service, as a result of a defect in equipment, will have keys placed on an out of service board in the supervisor’s office and not made available for use until the defect(s) are repaired.
