Project Development Fee Cap definition

Project Development Fee Cap means, in respect of: (a) the New Project Approval Process for each New Project; (b) the work carried out so as to obtain Stage 1 Approval for each New Project; and (c) the work carried out so as to obtain Stage 2 Approval for each New Project, as the case may be, the level of maximum Project Development Fee that can be charged by WEPCo, calculated in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 (Partnering Services Costs);
