Project Development Fee definition

Project Development Fee means the fee payable to WEPCo in respect of the provision of Project Development Partnering Services in respect of a specific New Project and the OPS Relevant Proportion, determined in accordance with Schedule 4 (Partnering Services Costs) and Schedule 5 (Approval Process for New Projects);
Project Development Fee means the fee to be paid by the Preferred Bidder to AKVN in accordance with the provisions contained in Clause 9.4.

More Definitions of Project Development Fee

Project Development Fee means the Project Development Fee for the particular Project as calculated pursuant to Section 7.1 herein.
Project Development Fee means a fee paid to Manager by Company for fulfilling the management and administration duties required to effectuate development and improvement(s) of Company Property.
