Programme Agreement definition

Programme Agreement means the programme agreement entered into on or about the date hereof between, inter alios, the Guarantor, the Sellers, the Issuer, the Representative of the Covered Bondholders and the Dealers.
Programme Agreement means the Amended and Restated Programme Agreement dated 17 September 2010 between the Issuers and the Programme Dealers concerning the purchase of Notes to be issued by any Issuer;
Programme Agreement means this Agreement, any agreement for a Note Transaction, the Deed of Covenant or the Agency Agreement.

More Definitions of Programme Agreement

Programme Agreement means the programme agreement dated the Programme Date entered into between the Issuer, the CBC, the Arrangers and the Dealers named therein.
