Organizational Document means (i) relative to each Person that is a corporation, its charter and its by-laws (or similar documents), (ii) relative to each Person that is a limited liability company, its certificate of formation and its operating agreement (or similar documents), (iii) relative to each Person that is a limited partnership, its certificate of formation and its limited partnership agreement (or similar documents), (iv) relative to each Person that is a general partnership, its partnership agreement (or similar document) and (v) relative to any Person that is any other type of entity, such documents as shall be comparable to the foregoing.
Constitutional Documents means, with respect to any Person, the certificate of incorporation, memorandum of association, articles of association, joint venture agreement, shareholders agreement, business license or similar constitutive documents for such Person.
New Organizational Documents means such certificates or articles of incorporation, by-laws, or other applicable formation documents of each of the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, the form of which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.
Company Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation and bylaws (or the equivalent organizational documents) of the Company and its Subsidiaries as in effect on the date of this Agreement.
Scope Document means the document (if any) that is provided with and becomes part of the Order Form and which defines sometimes in conjunction with a Service Description (as applicable) the Services to be provided.
Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

Governing Document means any charter, articles, bylaws, certificate, statement, statutes or similar document adopted, filed or registered in connection with the creation, formation or organization of an entity, and any Contract among all equityholders, partners or members of an entity.
Organizational Documents means (a) as to any corporation, the charter or certificate or articles of incorporation and the bylaws (or equivalent or comparable constitutive documents with respect to any non-U.S. jurisdiction), (b) as to any limited liability company, the certificate or articles of formation or organization and operating or limited liability agreement and (c) as to any partnership, joint venture, trust or other form of business entity, the partnership, joint venture or other applicable agreement of formation or organization and any agreement, instrument, filing or notice with respect thereto filed in connection with its formation or organization with the applicable Governmental Authority in the jurisdiction of its formation or organization and, if applicable, any certificate or articles of formation or organization of such entity.
Charter Document means as to any Person, its partnership agreement, certificate of incorporation, certificate of formation, operating agreement, membership agreement or similar constitutive document or agreement or its by-laws.
Parent Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation, bylaws (or equivalent organizational or governing documents), and other organizational or governing documents, agreements or arrangements, each as amended to date, of each of Parent and Acquisition Sub.
TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document
travel document means a passport or other equivalent document entitling the holder to cross the external borders and to which a visa may be affixed;
RfS Document means the bidding document issued by MSEDCL including all attachments, clarifications and amendments thereof.
Bid Document - shall mean the document submitted by the bidder, pursuant to understanding and agreeing with the terms and conditions set out in this Tender Document.
Project Document means any one of the foregoing;
Organic Document means, relative to any Person, its certificate of incorporation, by-laws, certificate of partnership, partnership agreement, certificate of formation, limited liability agreement, operating agreement and all shareholder agreements, voting trusts and similar arrangements applicable to any of such Person’s Capital Stock.
Constitutive Documents means the Trust Deed or such other documents as defined in the Regulations.
Bidding Document means set of documents prepared by PSDF which consists of “Instructions to Training Providers”, TORs and forms for providing information about profile of the organization and Technical & Financial Proposals.
Credit Document means any of this Agreement, the Notes, if any, the Collateral Documents, any documents or certificates executed by Company in favor of Issuing Bank relating to Letters of Credit, and all other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered by a Credit Party for the benefit of any Agent, Issuing Bank or any Lender in connection herewith.
Operative Document shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Refunding Agreement and shall be deemed to include the Amended and Restated Head Lease TIA.
ballot document means a ballot paper, internet voting record, telephone voting record or text voting record.
Financing Document means each of this Note, the Notes, the Agreement and any other document entered into, executed or delivered under or in connection with, or for the purpose of amending, any of such documents.
Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.
Constituent Documents means, with respect to any Person, collectively and, in each case, together with any modification of any term thereof, (a) the articles of incorporation, certificate of incorporation, constitution or certificate of formation of such Person, (b) the bylaws, operating agreement or joint venture agreement of such Person, (c) any other constitutive, organizational or governing document of such Person, whether or not equivalent, and (d) any other document setting forth the manner of election or duties of the directors, officers or managing members of such Person or the designation, amount or relative rights, limitations and preferences of any Stock of such Person.
Loan Document means this Agreement, each Note, each Letter of Credit Document, the Guaranty and each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Loan Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement.
