☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).
Participating member means an eligible employee who elects to participate in the defined contribution retirement plan established under this chapter.
economic operator means any natural or legal person or public entity or group of such persons and/or entities which offers the execution of works and/or a work, the supply of products or the provision of services on the market;
Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;
Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.
Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.
Team Member means an individual who is allowed to access the Cloud Service but is only granted membership in groups associated with “Team Member” permissions for the Cloud Service.2
Founding Member means any individual who is either:
Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;
Unit Member refers to any employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article II.
Bona fide member means an individual who participates in activities of a qualified organization
Junior Member means a registered Member of the Club who is younger than 18 years of age.
Officer member means a member of the Trust who is either an officer of the Trust or is to be treated as an officer by virtue of regulation 1(3) (i.e. the Chairman of the Trust or any person nominated by such a Committee for appointment as a Trust member).
Industry member means a member of a national securities exchange or a member of a national securities association.
Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
Active member means a member of the pension program or the individual account program
Managing Member means CEF Equipment Holding, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company or any successor Managing Member under the Issuer Limited Liability Company Agreement.
Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.
Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);
Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.
Alliance Partner means "Flatworld Trading Pvt Ltd ", who has entered into an alliance agreement with Axis Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
Deferred member means a person who elected to receive deferred vested retirement
crew member means a person assigned by an operator to duty on an aircraft during a flight duty period;
Investor Member means a member that has made a contribution to a limited cooperative association and:
Partner Group means any legal entity that has direct or indirect Control over the Partner and only as long as that legal entity maintains direct or indirect Control (“Parent Companies”) as well as all Associated Companies of the Parent Companies.
Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.
