Procurement Requirements means all applicable public procurement Legislation (to the extent this applies in England & Wales) and any implementing measures and any other legislation in connection with the procurement of works, supplies or services including the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 and to the extent they apply in the United Kingdom the European Union directives 2014/24/EU and 2014/23/EU; Professional Team means (as applicable) the architect, civil & structural engineer, the mechanical & electrical engineer and any other consultant appointed by the Grant Recipient in connection with a Firm Scheme; Profit-making RP means a body entered on the Register as a profit-making organisation (as such term is defined in Section 115 of the HRA 2008);
