Payment Requirement definition

Payment Requirement means the amount specified as being applicable to the Reference Entity in the Standard or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency (or, if no such amount is specified, USD 1,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency) in either case as of the occurrence of the relevant Failure to Pay or Potential Failure to Pay, as applicable.
Payment Requirement means the amount specified as such or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency, or if Payment Requirement is not so specified, USD1,000,000 or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Currency, in either case as of the occurrence of the relevant Failure to Pay or Potential Failure to Pay, as applicable.
Payment Requirement means an amount of USD 1,000,000 (or its equivalent in the relevant Obligation Cur- rency) in either case as of the occurrence of the Failure to Pay.

Examples of Payment Requirement in a sentence

  • Minimum Payment Requirement: 3% of the outstanding balance, subject to a minimum of $25.00.

  • If the foregoing Periodic Payment Requirement will not be fully satisfied as of the next Payment Date, then, no later than 15 days prior to the end of such 30-day period, the Servicer shall take the steps set forth in clauses (A) through (E) of clause (i) above so that a True-Up Adjustment will take effect which is projected to cause the Periodic Payment Requirement to be satisfied no later than the next succeeding Payment Date.

  • Any interim Energy Transition Charge Adjustment shall take into account the Periodic Payment Requirement for the next succeeding twelve (12) months.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any indemnity payment required to be paid by the Issuer pursuant to this Section 11 shall not be included in the Periodic Payment Requirement (as defined in the Indenture) nor shall such amounts be included in a True-Up Adjustment (as defined in the Indenture).

  • As part of each True-Up Adjustment, pursuant to Section 4.01 of the Agreement, the Servicer will reconcile the amount of Securitization Charges remitted to the Trustee with the Periodic Payment Requirement.
