Prescribed Customers means any person who is or was a customer of Company at the termination date; or who is or was a customer of Company at the termination date or who was a potential customer with which I had been engaged in negotiations with a view to doing business on behalf of Company within the period of 6 (six) months preceding the termination date;

Prescribed Customers means any person - a) who is or was a prospective customer of the company at the termination date; or b) who is or was a prospective customer of the company at the termination date whom the employee had approached to do business with the company within the period of 1 (one) year preceding the termination date; or c) who purchased prescribed goods from the company within the period of 1 (one) year preceding the termination date; or d) to whom prescribed services were rendered by the company within the period of 1 (one) year preceding the termination date; 1.1.11 "prescribed goods" means any goods which are dealt in by the company in the ordinary course of business; 1.1.12 "prescribed services" means any services which are dealt in by the company in the ordinary course of business; 1.1.13 "prescribed suppliers" means any person - a) is or was a supplier of prescribed goods and/or prescribed services to the company at the termination date; or b) is or was a prospective supplier of prescribed goods and/or prescribed services to the company at the termination date whom the employee had approached to do business with the company within the period of 1 (one) year preceding the termination date; or c) supplied prescribed goods and/or prescribed services to the company within the period of 1 (one) year preceding the termination date; 1.1.14 "termination date" means the date upon which the employee's employment by the company ceases or is terminated for any reason whatsoever; any reference in this agreement to "date of signature hereof" shall be read as meaning a reference to the date of the last signature of this agreement; if any provision in a definition is a substantive provision conferring rights or imposing obligations on any party, notwithstanding that it is only in the definition clause, effect shall be given to it as if it were a substantive provision in the body of the agreement; when any number of days is prescribed in this agreement, same shall be reckoned exclusively of the first and inclusively of the last day unless the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, in which case the last day shall be the next succeeding day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday; where figures are referred to in numerals and in words, if there is any conflict between the two, the words shall prevail.
