Summary Plan Description definition

Summary Plan Description or "SPD" means the Flexible Benefits Plan SPD and all appendices incorporated into and made a part of the SPD that is adopted by the Employer and attached to this Plan Document as Attachment I, as amended from time to time. The SPD and appendices are incorporated hereto by reference.
Summary Plan Description means this plan document and summary plan description.
Summary Plan Description means this document, together with each Component Plan’s Benefit Information Booklet, as identified on Exhibit A.

  • Eligible employees may participate in the Tuition Reimbursement program provided in the MPTN Summary Plan Description in effect on January 1, 2006.

More Definitions of Summary Plan Description

Summary Plan Description means the document that describes the specific benefits under the Plan. The Summary Plan Description, as amended or as restated from time to time, shall be considered a part of the Plan, and is incorporated herein by reference.
