Potential Offeror definition

Potential Offeror shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Potential Offeror means any person, corporation, or partnership that acknowledges receipt of this RFP and continues to participate in the procurement process as specified in the RFP until the submittal of a proposal, after which time that entity becomes an Offeror.

Related to Potential Offeror

  • Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;
