Initial Offer definition

Initial Offer means the initial offer of Participating Shares in a Fund as set out in the applicable Supplement;

Initial Offer means the initial offer of Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Hedged Distribution Shares in the Fund which commenced at 9 a.m. (Irish time) on 18 March 2016 and will close on the Closing Date;

Initial Offer means the initial offer of Euro ‘Institutional’ Unhedged Distribution Shares in the Fund which will commence at 9 a.m. (Irish time) on 20 April 2020 and will close on the Closing Date;

• In Kind Subscription Price The Initial Offer Price per Share and per Creation Unit for each Fund is set out in Schedule IV.

• Shares may only be issued at a fixed price after the Initial Offer Period where it has been confirmed to the Central Bank by the ICAV that existing Shareholders of the relevant Fund will not be prejudiced.

More Definitions of Initial Offer

Initial Offer means the initial offer of Euro RDR ‘Retail’ Hedged Accumulation Shares in the Fund which will commence at 9 a.m. (Irish time) on 20 April 2020 and will close on the Closing Date;
