The Offeree shall be entitled to require proof that the sale took place in accordance with the Initial Offer.
If, during the time period provided in Section 5.1, the Offeree shall not have accepted the Subsequent Offer, then the Offeror shall be entitled to sell the Purchased Shares in accordance with the Initial Offer, provided that the transaction is completed not later than ( ) days following the last day on which the Offeree is entitled to accept the Subsequent Offer.
The issue price at which Shares of any Fund will be issued on a Dealing Day after the Initial Offer Period is calculated by ascertaining the Net Asset Value per Share of the relevant class on the relevant Dealing Day.
