Initial Offering Period definition

Initial Offering Period means the initial period during which a Series of the Trust will offer its Shares prior to the commencement of investment operations of such Series;
Initial Offering Period means the period commencing with the initial effective date of the Prospectus and terminating no later than the ninetieth (90th) day following such date unless extended for up to an additional 90 days at the sole discretion of the General Partner.

More Definitions of Initial Offering Period

Initial Offering Period means the initial Offering Period that begins and ends on the dates determined by the Committee.

The minimum initial subscription for an investor is $5,000. Once an investor has been admitted to the Company, there is no minimum for additional subscriptions, except that they must be in multiples of $1,000.
