Post-Termination Exercise Period definition

Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period following termination of a Participant’s Continuous Service within which an Option or SAR is exercisable, as specified in Section 4(h).
Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period specified in the Award Agreement of not less than thirty (30) days commencing on the date of termination (other than termination by the Company or any Related Entity for Cause) of the Grantee’s Continuous Service, or such longer period as may be applicable upon death or Disability.

Post-Termination Exercise Period means the period specified in or pursuant to Section 2.3(a), Section 2.3(b), Section 2.3(d) or Section 2.3(e) following termination of employment with or service to the Company during which a Stock Option or SAR may be exercised.
